Returns + Shipping

Returns

  • New items in their original, unused condition with original tags and packaging can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt, excluding transit times.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for online purchases. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cousinhome.com. Items can also be returned in person at our store. Refunds, less the cost of return shipping for online orders, will typically be processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Vintage items are final sale. Sale items, 'as-is' items, fine art, made-to-order items, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return. 

Shipping

Orders over $150 ship for free within the United States, while orders under $150 incur a $12 flat rate shipping fee. 

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped using various methods, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply if a package is returned due to address issues. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to external factors like inclement weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damages

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us at support@cousinhome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.
